ETC Housing Corp.  ETC provides emergency shelter, permanent housing, case management and mental health services to the homeless population of Clinton County. The program is designed to enhance functionality, promote self-sufficiency, and prevent homelessness.

The Regional Food Bank collects large donations of food from the food industry and distributes it to charitable agencies serving hungry and disadvantaged people in 23 counties. From Plattsburgh to Newburgh, in urban, rural, and suburban communities, the Food Bank provides over 35 million pounds of food a year to 1,000 agencies. 


The Clinton County Office for the Aging Services provided by the OFA or its subcontractors include health and wellness, housing, nutrition, home delivered meals, transportation and a number of other services.


Clinton County Department of Social Services Our goal is to help people in need receive benefits and a whole array of services, which can help individuals attain self-sufficiency. In Social Services, we focus on families' strengths and build on them in order to preserve those families and make them stronger. Includes Domestic Violence, Adult Protective and Child Protective services.


Homeward Bound Adirondacks

HBA is a service organization that assists Active Duty Soldiers and Veterans by providing transportation at no cost, linking Veterans to needed services and Healing Retreats in the Adirondacks, and helps our Service Members reintegrate back into the community after serving our country.
