The Regional Food Bank collects large donations of food from the food industry and distributes it to charitable agencies serving hungry and disadvantaged people in 23 counties. From Plattsburgh to Newburgh, in urban, rural, and suburban communities, the Food Bank provides over 35 million pounds of food a year to 1,000 agencies.

HBA is a service organization that assists Active Duty Soldiers and Veterans by providing transportation at no cost, linking Veterans to needed services and Healing Retreats in the Adirondacks, and helps our Service Members reintegrate back into the community after serving our country.

HAPEC offers a broad array of housing services including: section 8 housing choice voucher program, first time homebuyer programs, home repair and rehabilitation programs, mortgage default/ foreclosure counseling & housing counseling services. HAPEC also works with local municipalities to deliver community development projects and community planning services.
